1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take a few extra days due to courier availability.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your order status on the respective courier partner’s website.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • In case of delivery delays due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or courier issues, our team will contact you.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Rooplekha ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services internationally soon.
