At Rooplekha, we value your trust and aim to provide a pleasant and smooth shopping experience.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1) Do you offer Returns or Refunds?
Rooplekha follows a No Return & No Refund Policy.

❌ We do not provide refunds
❌ We do not issue store credit
Thank you for understanding that we work with carefully curated, limited-stock pieces.
2) Do you offer Exchanges?
Yes, we do offer Exchanges under specific conditions.
You may request an exchange if:
The wrong product was delivered
The product arrived damaged or defective
The size does not fit (subject to conditions below)
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
A clear, unedited opening video is mandatory for damage/wrong product cases
3) Logistic Charges for Exchanges
Different situations have different logistics rules:
✔ Damaged / Defective Product
Exchange will be processed free of cost
Pickup logistics will be paid by Rooplekha
✔ Wrong Product Delivered
Exchange will be arranged
Logistics fee of ₹200 will be paid by the customer
✔ Size Exchange
Exchange is allowed within 48 hours
Logistics fee of ₹200 will be paid by the customer
4) Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
Products bought during sale or discount
Items purchased using coupons/offers
Customized, altered, or made-on-order items
Missing or unclear unboxing video
Used or damaged items
Wrong size ordered without size chart reference (still exchangeable with fees)
5) Order Cancellation
Prepaid orders cannot be canceled
COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
